Excellent service, from on-line research and transactions to prompt, courteous and knowledgeable phone call to arrange the visit to my home. The technician called exactly when planned to schedule the appointment within the expected window and arrived about 1/2 hour early. The windshield was exactly as described and the work was completed in my garage within an hour. Dwayne cleaned up and just left me his card in case of any issues. There were no surprises and I did not get excessive email notices. Workmanship was outstanding quality and favorably comparable to other in-shop windshield replacement costs in the area but with the convenience of being done at my home. I honestly hope that I do not need to be a repeat customer, but I will return to this service if I have another broken window. I definitely recommend it to anyone else who may be undecided in a choice of service providers.
