If you’ve scheduled a repair appointment through Auto Glass Only:

To make changes or cancel, please call 1-800-344-7480 or email support@autoglassonly.com with your order ID (found on your receipt).

Please note: Auto Glass Only connects you with trusted local auto glass shops. Services are performed by our network partners, and we help coordinate your booking and support needs.

Policies

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if your appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Refunds are not available after services have been completed, since work is performed by our local partner shops.
  • Valid refunds are processed within 2–5 business days back to the original form of payment.

Appointment Changes & Part Updates

You may request appointment or part changes up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.

Call 1-800-344-7480 (during regular operating hours, excluding holidays) and we'll coordinate with the shop handling your repair.

Cancellations

Pre-paid appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

Eligible cancellations are refunded in full within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
