I just wanted to take a few minutes to say “Thank you” to each of you. I had just had a horrible experience at another Auto Glass Company and had almost given up on ever getting my windshield fixed correctly. Until I called Glass America and the first person I spoke to was Angela. Wow! She was so nice! She asked me to tell her what happened and she listened with so much care. Then the next thing I know there was a representative from Glass America (Sarah) at my Insurance Agent’s Office asking if she could come out to meet me and look at my car. I was so surprised and not to mention extremely impressed. Sarah and I had such a nice visit. I can’t even start to tell you how much better I was feeling about my car. Better than the original. Thank You so much! This may seem trivial to some people. But you see I am 43 years old and have always dreamed of owning a BMW. I have only had it five months. To say that I was heart broken when the other place made such a mess out of it would be an understatement. You will never how much I appreciate what you have done for me.
