Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with Glass America. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. The total price, and said, "This includes our remote service, would you like to set up an appointment?".(Trial Close) LOVE IT! I replied "I am still getting quotes". She gave me a quote #9831 and asked me to call back if there was anything else I needed, or to schedule an appointment.
I called back, scheduled an appointment for February 9th 2009. Rick and Tony were "ON TIME", and replaced the windshield. It was so clean I thought I could put my hand through it like it wasn't there.
As far as I am concerned there is only one company I would use, or recommend for Glass. Glass America.

Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.
The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.
