This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. "The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it.
