He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today.
