From my initial phone call to and through the installation of the glass, the customer service provide was second to none! Not only did i get a great price,I got a courtesy phone call from the tech telling me he was on his way over to do the job,and then i also got a call after the job was complete! Truly top notch...I am new to the area and own a small courier company. "David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!
