I just wanted to take a few minutes to say “Thank you” to each of you. I had just had a horrible experience at another Auto Glass Company and had almost given up on ever getting my windshield fixed correctly. Until I called Glass America and the first person I spoke to was Angela. Wow! She was so nice! She asked me to tell her what happened and she listened with so much care. Then the next thing I know there was a representative from Glass America (Sarah) at my Insurance Agent’s Office asking if she could come out to meet me and look at my car. Better than the original. Thank You so much! This may seem trivial to some people. But you see I am 43 years old and have always dreamed of owning a BMW. I have only had it five months. To say that I was heart broken when the other place made such a mess out of it would be an understatement. You will never how much I appreciate what you have done for me. Not only did you fix my car, you actually cared about me as an individual and what I had already been through. That means just as much as the GREAT job you did on the car.
