"Dear David,
After receiving such attentive assistance from Dina in your Atlanta location, I asked her to give me your name so that I could send you an email letting you know how great she is.

My daughter goes to school in Atlanta, and someone threw a rock into her window yesterday afternoon and stole her GPS. This happened late in the day, and she was at a meeting off campus when this happened. I called the insurance company (I am in Maryland), got the name of your store, and spoke with Dina. She absolutely took charge of everything, taking down our insurance information, contacting my daughter and assuring me that she would take care of this as if my daughter were her own. And that’s exactly what she did.

She even volunteered (without my asking) to stay late in case my daughter decided to have the car towed to your store. In the end, we did not do so (the towing company in her warranty had to take the car to the nearest dealership at which your store is doing the work), but I was very grateful for the offer.

This morning, Dina called both myself and my daughter, to let us know the status of things. All is moving along wonderfully, thanks to Dina. She took charge in a stressful situation and took care of everything. She took the initiative as well, without my having to ask her this and that.

"Dear Angela, Sarah, and Claude,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to say “Thank you” to each of you. I had just had a horrible experience at another Auto Glass Company and had almost given up on ever getting my windshield fixed correctly. Until I called [site] and the first person I spoke to was Angela. Wow! She was so nice! She asked me to tell her what happened and she listened with so much care. Then the next thing I know there was a representative from [site] (Sarah) at my Insurance Agent’s Office asking if she could come out to meet me and look at my car. I was so surprised and not to mention extremely impressed. Sarah and I had such a nice visit. I can’t even start to tell you how much better I was feeling about my car. I finally had hope that my car would be fixed correctly. And let’s add even more kindness to this story. After Sarah left, I got a phone call from Claude expressing his concern and reconfirming that he would take care of my car and get my windshield put in correctly. I picked my car up yesterday and YOU GUYS DID SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!!! It looks GREAT!

Better than the original. Thank You so much! This may seem trivial to some people. But you see I am 43 years old and have always dreamed of owning a BMW. I have only had it five months. To say that I was heart broken when the other place made such a mess out of it would be an understatement. You will never how much I appreciate what you have done for me. Not only did you fix my car, you actually cared about me as an individual and what I had already been through. That means just as much as the GREAT job you did on the car. "Dear Mr. Rohlfing,
Today, [site] came out to make a service call to replace my front windshield of my Lexus LS 400 which had been broken by a rock for the 3rd time in as many years. I was going to take it to the Lexus Dealer, but Linxus would not allow the repair. When I called my State Farm agent, they referred me to [site]. The [site] shop from Laurel called me back quickly and set up an appointment within several days, due to the dealer glass being ordered. From that point, the service was prompt and courteous.

Pat politely and quickly solved the problem and offered a far superior repair, with a degree of professionalism that was much greater than the past glass company that replaced my windshield last year. I told him that I had been noticing a great deal of "wind noise" after the last repair; and he found the area and showed me why and explained the problem in layman's terms. The last technician did not take time to "seat" the seals on the A frame bar and Pat did. He also allowed me to watch and learn from him, without objecting, even though I was probably in the way or slowed him down somewhat with my questions.

This attitude, depth of technical knowledge and understanding of the problem (that Lexus would have charged me much more for, as well as, the past company not completing the work properly and leaving me with "wind noise" in the main cabin) will make me a loyal customer of [site], as well as, prompting me to recommend [site] for any glass repair.

Pat and the entire staff of [site] in your Laurel, Maryland shop should be commended for their Professionalism, Technical knowledge, and Polite customer demeanor. Thank you for their dedication to customer service.

"Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful customer service provided to me through Exeter Glass. Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.

The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.

In this day and age good customer service is hard to find. Your company provided us with the GREATEST service, and I thank you.

I wanted to take the time to tell you how wonderful the staff at AUTO GLASS SERVICE, an affiliate of yours, located at 5225 Highway 153, Hixon, TN 37343 is. They are a credit to your company.

We were on vacation when a wild turkey flew up and hit our windshield; shattering it. We were very lucky to find the [site] business a short way down the road. Claude Haggard, the store manager, quickly replaced the shattered windshield in what seemed like almost no time at all. Angela Eaves, the customer service representative very efficiently took care of contacting the insurance company and handling the claim very expediently. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They made the whole unfortunate incident almost a pleasure.
